A former Regional Director of Sales for smaller hotel management companies that crossover into Food and Beverage to connect the two departments for better sales and profitability. Providing management oversight when staffing voids arise as a result of management changes, maternity or medical leave, hotel acquisitions, new hotel openings and closing or wherever additional staffing is required for a short period. Working directly with the hotel management teams to provide guidance on operational and sales procedures to ensure properties are using best practices. Pat evaluates current procedures and makes recommendations on improving communications, operational efficiencies and sales profitability. In 2023, Pat decided to work as a freelance Hospitality Task Force Specialist and Consultant after realizing the gaps with on-site teams. Focusing on smaller and growing management companies with gaps at properties that are not operating at their full potential. Pat is a CrossFit and adventure junkie, training all year for high adventure, multi-day trips finding mountains to traverse both nationally and internationally.
