I founded American VISA Exchange after spending more than 20 years in Human Resources leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I experienced firsthand the challenges employers face when trying to find reliable seasonal workers. Year after year, businesses struggled with labor shortages, visa program uncertainty, and lengthy hiring timelines that made workforce planning difficult. I created American VISA Exchange to offer employers a practical alternative. We recruit qualified U.S. citizens from Puerto Rico who are ready to fill seasonal positions in hospitality, landscaping, and other service-based industries. Because our workers are U.S. citizens, employers can avoid the complexities of visa sponsorship while gaining access to a dependable workforce. My background includes leading HR operations for hotels, resorts, country clubs, and service organizations, with extensive experience in recruiting, workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance. I hold both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and am passionate about helping businesses solve staffing challenges while creating meaningful employment opportunities for workers.
