Gained experience in Healthcare as the head of Human Resources for a company with 26 locations and 4000 employees. Pivoted to consulting, specializing in interim hospitality management and HR consulting.

Graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology Hotel and Restaurant Management Program (Business). Attended and completed program in Adult Learning as well as courses in mediation and alternative dispute resolution from the University of Calgary.
