With more than 20 years of leadership across hospitality, commercial strategy, and revenue growth, I help hotel ownership groups and operators strengthen performance through sharper strategy, stronger alignment, and disciplined execution. My experience spans leading hotel brands including Marriott, Accor, Groupe Germain, and IHG, both on property and at the corporate level in Canada and the United States. I have worked across hotel sales, owner strategy, openings, ramp-up, portfolio growth, and commercial transformation. I understand the realities ownership groups face: driving returns, improving asset performance, aligning operators and commercial teams, and making sure strategy turns into measurable results. I have led growth initiatives at scale, including supporting large hotel portfolios, guiding cross-functional teams, and building more focused go-to-market approaches in complex environments. My work is practical, performance-oriented, and grounded in accountability. I also served as Chief Revenue Officer for a global network of 23 campuses, where I helped grow revenue from $175M to $250M over four years. That experience strengthened my ability to lead across multi-site organizations, align teams around clear priorities, and create the structure needed to deliver sustainable growth. Today, as Co-Founder and President of AvoMotion, I work with ownership groups, operators, and commercial leaders who want more than advice. They want traction.
